Our Company will provide for your plant custom built High efficiency abrasion resistant Cyclonic Separators complete with the Discharge Gate Dampers and collecting hoppers, Hot gas Quenchers, Low energy single or multistage Rod -Venturi Scrubbers, High energy Venturi Scrubbers, Pack towers for gas absorption,

Marble Bed Scrubbers,  Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESP or WET ESP) as a stand alone unit or as a mist eliminator downstream from the low energy  scrubbers

such as Rod-Deck  or Marble Bed.

 

By installing upstream of the scrubber our high efficiency cyclonic separators we can substantially reduce the amount of solids in the recycling liquid and increase the reliability of  air cleaning equipment.

This approach even more important when Material Recovery System is combined with air cleaning equipment and recovered material preffersd to be in the dry state.

 

For the removal of hot oil smoke from industrial exhaust where also present solid particles such as lint in the textile applications the best solution is a combination of low energy scrubber followed by the WESP.

 

When recovery of clean oil without water is required or oil already in the state of the mist droplets we are using our high efficiency two-stage oil mist ESP.

For the treatment of hot exhausts with high moisture content we have developed  self cleaning condensing WESP where collecting surface is being cooled by cold  water and water vapor from the hot gas is creating continuous liquid film that is providing self-cleaning.

 

To improve the efficiency of the existing Air Pollution Control Systems we are using our proprietary technology for Rebuilding and updating customers equipment most of the time replacing High energy Venturi Scrubbers with the combination of low pressure drop scrubbers and wet electrostatic mist eliminators.
